Titan men not collapsing anymore

Titan men not collapsing anymore

Postby Commissioner » Sun Oct 29, 2017 1:02 pm

After a promising start to the season, the Titan men have collapsed. Since tying then #16 Ohio State in Columbus on September 26, the Titans are 1-5-1, and have fallen to 7th in the league standings, which would mean missing the league tournament. To make the tournament as the #6 seed, the Titans have to beat Cleveland State this Friday, while Northern Kentucky loses to or ties Green Bay. We can't finish higher than 6th. The Titans just haven't been able to score (even for soccer!), with just 1 goal in the last 4 games.

Men beat Cleveland 2-1 in season finale on Friday and slipped into final spot in the HL Tournament when Green Bay beat Northern Kentucky. Men play Milwaukee on Monday; if they win, they'll play Green Bay in the semi-finals.

took the liberty to change the title of the thread. Titans not collapsing anymore. The Titans Mens team beat Milwaukee on penalty kicks 5-4 to advance to the semifinals against Green Bay, 5pm Thursday on ESPN3.
