Based upon the last two seasons, the more important question may be, "Can he stay healthy?"

No indication of problems in the photo linked in the roster thread.

Moose, who would win in a real boxing match, UP or NC?? Com'on Dude, let's hear it :)

I've thought about this question for months because I didn't want to come to a hasty decision.

In my view, I would have to conclude that it is a fight that isn't worth discussing because it will never happen. You see, NC is contracted to Bob Arum and Top Rank while UP is part of Oscar De La Hoya's Golden Boy Promotions and everybody knows that it's almost impossible to get a contract signed. And of course Al Haymon has his paws in there somewhere (so I'm told). So, sorry, Dude, but I refuse to address a hypothetical.

Starting center? A successful season? A leader on and off the court?

Cool, I hope he closes his career out similar to a Ryvon Covile.

I hope he has his best year by far as a Titan. But I knew Ryvon Covile and he’s no Ryvon.

Blackshear Sr. told me Friday at the Tipoff that so far, so good -- that he is healthy and feeling good right now. Finally found some medical providers & therapy that worked, thank goodness. Keeping our fingers crossed that he remains healthy. I am rooting for Blackshear & McFolley to have great seasons in their final go-around.

Unfortunately, the season hinges on Blackshears’ success.

Period.

Screw the “experts” and their polls. I believe in this coach and I believe in these kids - especially Blackshear.
