Most of us hope its us, for a better conference, but that's probably not realistic.

If UIC can get there act together, they are in the best position to leave. Although the state of Illinois is having financial problems, UIC has all the potential to move up into another one bid league.

I would have voted for Detroit Mercy but they weren't an option so I voted for Oakland.

With the City of Detroit on the rise and I am confident we have the tools to be a great team in the HL, I think it will be us!

OU or NKU, I voted for OU. Both schools are showing an upward trajectory with their athletics, especially noted by OU coming into the HL and cleaning up across all sports and their many McCaffery Trophy wins for most successful athletic program.

All the other HL programs are like UD, treading water for years and years -- thus the Valpos of the world come along to the HL and then move along, and why I think OU or NKU is most likely to do the same thing.

I picked us and then I clicked my heels together three times and said "There's no place like anywhere but the Horizon League."

If Oakland goes first I swear I'll jump from the roof of the O'Rena. Might even break a toenail.
