Impressive stats in ‘16-‘17: 23 ppg, 14.9 rpg, 60% from the field. Just 49% from the line.

Also was offered by Eastern Washington, a 20-15 team last season that beat Stanford in Palo Alto.

Cal State Northridge hired Mark Gottfried as HC and the original Jim Harrick as top assistant after it went 6-24 last year. Gottfried was HC at NC State when the agent payment issues to his PG Smith occurred. But he recruited very good talent to NC State while there.

Could be more like a Paris Bass-type player than a bruising inside player. Maxpreps says that he averaged 23 PPG and 14.9 RBG as a junior in LA. No stats from Middlebrooks Academy available, but that team went 28-12.

Looks more like a player that Davis wants to develop this year for the coming seasons. Question will be how well he plays when he is not the tallest guy on the court. He shows a jump shot on his tape, but does not appear to have the 3-point range of Willy Isiani.

Can he play this year, or next year? I can’t keep everybody straight.

Coming straight from a prep school, so no apparent reason he would not be eligible for 2018-19.
