Thanks for the welcome! I have been following Coach Mike Davis since his days at Indiana and all the news since he was named Titans Head Coach!

Should be fun to see the first glimpse of the new players.

I'm looking forward to see how the new squad plays under Coach Davis.

We're still looking forward to seeing how the new squad plays under Coach Davis, pct. And I think 10-15 minutes of scrimmage by the women wouldn't have hurt either. Coach Davis should have spoken to the crowd, as Bernard Scott did, at least briefly. Overall, I give it a 5 on a ten point must system.

I would give it a higher score. Also looks like we have new lighting inside Calihan Hall, they turned lights down for intro, nice touch. I think it was different than previous years with fencing. Good size crowd, I think overall a fun event.

In my opinion, Lamar Hamrick stood out, seems like he's the best athlete on the team. He had some nice dunks, and in my opinion should have won the dunk contest ( they gave it to Mcfolley). TraQuan Knight is also a good athlete. The players look like they are in great shape. At last season's event Hogan looked like a defensive end and Ballantyne resembled a left tackle. All of the players were trim and fit and seem to be the best group of athletes we have had in a few seasons.

I’ve been to quite a few of these, with no expectations except to get back to Calihan again, pick up my tickets and get a peek at the team. I thought it was a fun event and agree that there was some impressive athleticism.

One thing that I saw that may not mean much in the long run but was still very nice to see - there was better team chemistry than I’ve seen at any of these events in the past. The guys had fun and really seemed to get along well.

Watch out for this year’s Horizon League sleeper team!

Anyone attend hoop night that noticed any other shooters other than Davis?? Who finished second to Davis in the 3 point contest. I'm curious what other players showed a decent 3 ball. If any. Or looked like they may have any shooting potential.

I didn't see Hoop Night, but I watched a practice and Willy from Georgia has a sweet outside shot.
