Brian was a happy guy and a key part of those turn the corner team that culminated in the St John's win his senior year. Looked up the other BA's Twitter feed to see what he had (just a reposting from detroittitans.com) but also found this photo.

adieu brian--thanks for all the memories.
In Greek mythology, the Titans were greater even than the gods. They ruled their universe with absolute power! Well that basketball court out there tonight, that's our universe. Let's rule it like Titans! (with apologies to coach boon)

Brian was a formula for turning the mid 90’s to early 2000’s into a legacy run (63 straight home wins) with a steady defensive minded presence.

Brian was outstanding in his role anchoring our defense during his '95 - 98 career, Hoopster. May he rest in peace. Gone much too soon.

Last time I checked, our home winning streak in the PW coaching era was 39 games or, if not, just a few more than that. I don't think it ever approached 63. Perhaps someone can confirm that.

According to the 2009-10 media guide, the Titans had the nation's longest home-court winning streak at 39 games in the 2001-02 season. A cursory glance shows that no team in the 1990s got out of the teens in consecutive home wins.

The Titans won 20 in a row over the course of 76-77 and 77-78.
