Game was absolutely winnable. Supporting cast looks very good. AD shouldn't have to shoot 26 times in a game this year. He still did, but he doesn't have to.

Team looked much better than what we've been watching... and without Brandon, who would have helped immensely today.

Every 50/50 call went MSU's way as well.

True, those two would have helped immensely, maybe the difference between winning and losing.

I was very surprised that Taurean Thompson played less than one minute in this game. Does anyone have the inside scoop on his situation?

Antoine played more minutes than anyone wanted him to because we had no forwards with Brandon and Waterman out. We were playing out bigger guards in forward position, and then our two forwards fouled out, so all guards. Couldn't pull Antoine unless we were going to put one of the freshmen in.

This team is physical, plays above its size (a hallmark of many good Titan teams) and plays with real grit. I hope we can win either the ND or Kentucky game for a signature win and strike terror in the hearts of the HL this season. Other coaches will not be sleeping well tonight when they think about us adding Brandon, Waterman, and Koka, the 7-foot-1 red-shirt sophomore announced today. Our tall guards played with MSU's frontcourt, so I'm expecting good things this season. This is what Coach Davis has been promising us for two years.
