Charlie Hayes was signed to a one year deal by the Denver Outlaws. Hayes was a turnover and ground ball machine - one of the best in the country. Its not a flashy or headline grabbing role, but if he can keep that up he will be around a while.

On a side and interesting note regarding professional lacrosse, one of its biggest stars and highest earning players (Paul Rabil) recently partnered up with investors and players to start a new professional outdoor league to compete with the current professional league (MLL). The new league will be pay players a full time salary (so players don't need a weekday job), provide health insurance, etc. The new league will have 6 teams that travel around the country without home cities. I imagine the leagues will combine at some point in the future and form a better stronger league.
