So, we actually WON our real rivalry game yesterday!!

Maybe Marquette will come to Titan Field next year for a return game under the lights! And maybe Dickie V will attend and dance at midfield if we win on a last-second buzzer beater

The men's lacrosse team is off to a good start.

In non-conference, they
- beat Jacksonville, which had been in the "receiving votes" category in the top 25, 9-8.
- lost 19-6 to then 9th ranked Notre Dame,
- beat Marquette, then ranked #19, 15-12.
- beat Bellarmine 15-14; and
- lost to Air Force 19-9

Notre Dame is now ranked #7. Neither Jacksonville nor Marquette are even in the "receiving votes" category now, but those are still good wins. Air Force is not ranked but is usually quite good.

The Titans opened the MAAC conference season by beating St. Bonaventure 16-8.

All their games so far have been on the road except the opener against Jacksonville. They play at Quinnipiac on Saturday.
