Rosanna Reynolds is first team all-conference and Brianne Cohen second team. Anja Marinkovic made the All-Freshman team.

Heading into the conference tournament, Reynolds is Detroit's all-time assist leader, and 3rd all-time in scoring. She's the first Lady Titan since Autumn Rademacher to be All-Conference 3 seasons.
