Game 3: Titans vs. Kent St.

Postby Rogobob77 » Mon Dec 07, 2020 6:44 pm

The Titans have looked better than expected in road losses at Michigan St. and Notre Dame. Hope they can continue to play hard for Tuesday’s home opener against a tough Kent St. team that recently lost a close one to Virginia in overtime. Here are the game notes from DetroitTitans.com:

In Greek mythology, the Titans were greater even than the gods. They ruled their universe with absolute power! Well that basketball court out there tonight, that's our universe. Let's rule it like Titans! (with apologies to coach boon)

The Titans certainly lacked energy tonight; at both ends of floor.

We really miss having Chris Brandon in the line up.

All the Titans lacked energy including the coaches. Make some substitutions for goodness sake. Your point guard was obviously struggling and needed help with the ball running the offense. I believe the Titans have a player in Liedel that would help Antoine in backcourt. Kind of like when Josh Mcfolley was here, Antoine thrived when they were together. Liedel's range is incredible give him a chance to help!
