Wilmington is a long haul from Charlotte (200 miles, four hours). But in March I will venture to Rock Hill SC (20 miles) for a women's lacrosse game at Winthrop College.

Reggie, I put 'tips' in their tip jar, as in money. Tips on batting is best left to those with a distinguished baseball past. I just played for fun as a kid. My guess is those women on the Titans could teach me how to play.

I kind of keep this quiet, but I'm a closet NASCAR fan (well, I guess not anymore). Never been to a race but it looks like fun. Basketball is still my favorite sport but I'll watch NASCAR on TV sometimes.

Wish I cared about Titan softball. Don't care about softball. Cared about baseball. But we don't have baseball anymore.

All I usually do is drink water, but my kid loves the hot dogs, pretzels, popcorn, Powerade, all that stuff. And I'm a sucker for giving the girls tips. I figure it goes to a good cause.
